Andrew Grills

Andrew Grills is the Lead Pastor at Geelong. He is married to Danna and has 5 children. He loves travel, the outdoors, military history and attending the innumerable sporting activities of his children.

Andrew has an Masters of Divinity from Ridley College Melbourne, a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of New South Wales and an Masters of Philosophy in International Relations from Oxford University. Andrew is an ordained Anglican Minister in the Diocese of Melbourne.

Andy Pearce

Andy Pearce is the Executive Pastor of City on a Hill Melbourne and is responsible for leading the Melbourne Ministry team and the implementation of ministry strategy at our Melbourne site. He is passionate about making, maturing and mobilising disciples of Jesus as they encounter Him in The Bible. Andy trained for ministry at Moore Theological College, moved to Melbourne in May 2017 and is an ordained Anglican Minister. Previously Andy worked as a Creative Director for a Digital Advertising Agency which is indicative of his love of innovation and creativity which brings a freshness and energy to City on a Hill Melbourne. Andy is married to Kim and has 5 young sons - Jonny, Dexter, Arthur Henry and Stanley.

Khoi Phuong

Khoi is the Associate Pastor of City on a Hill Melbourne West. He has a deep heart for communities of life, love and mission, as he passionately wants to see the gospel of Jesus make an impact in the western suburbs of Melbourne. Khoi's favourite community, of course, is at home with his wife Lina. He is completing his MDiv from Ambrose College in Canada. He is an avid sports fan who supports mostly losing teams - which keeps him pretty humble (and sad).

Neil Castle is the Executive Pastor at City on a Hill Melbourne East. Neil is married to Kirsty and has two children. He loves music, playing guitar, and wrestling with his kids.

Neil is currently completing a Bachelor of Theology at Ridley Melbourne and has a Diploma of Music from Box Hill Institute.
