Can a Christian Lose Their Salvation?

John 10:1-30

Society tells us we are the masters of our own destiny, but the world (and our salvation) is a safer place in God’s hands than it is in our hands.

He is the good shepherd who calls his own sheep by name, and his sheep know his voice and listen. Christ is the only door to salvation, and he has laid down his life for his sheep and brought them abundant life. Jesus cannot lose a single sheep from his fold.

From the hand of God, none can be snatched away. We are all sheep who have gone astray, but we need not search for a shepherd - for he will find us, and not let any of his sheep, whom the Father has given him, be lost.

All we must do is respond to the call, and receive the gift of salvation. Live intentionally and purposefully under and in the grace, wisdom, sovereignty, and power of Christ. Christ is our good shepherd, and we must trust in his perseverance. If you seek him, he will hold you fast unto eternity.
